Vizyon Purple Velvet Cake Mix 1kg

The delicious berry fruit flavoured Purple Velvet Cake Mix by Vizyon will have you back for seconds and thirds. This light, delicious mix is easy to use, vibrant in colour and is easily adapted to make Swiss rolls.

 

The recipe for this amazing Purple Velvet mix is labeled on the back of the resealable bag that the mix comes in. Simply preheat the oven to 170 degrees celsius (use greased baking pans), whip the batter for 1 min on low speed and 5 minutes on medium speed and bake for 40-45 minutes, then cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan. 

 

This mix will create 2 x 8″ cakes or 4 x 6″ cakes.
