This is a re-designed smoother. Larger than normal, with a curved front edge to glide with ease across the paste.

Its large size makes it easy to use over your rolled out almond paste/marzipan or sugarpaste, to take off any rolling pin marks before applying to the cake.

Used in conjunction with the SIDE EDGER, the paste can be eased to the edge of the cake, in preparation for the SHARP TOP EDGER.

The back edge of the SUPER SMOOTHER is a modified design to accommodate this.
