The natural non dye anodising treatment hardens the bare surface of the metal and seals the natural pores of the aluminum. This results in a smooth and attractive surface that will release cakes better, clean up easier, and is resistant to acidic foods.

This environmentally friendly finish is *guaranteed to never chip, flake, peel, rust or blister. With Fat Daddio’s® you will get all of the benefits of aluminum with the superior durability and safety benefits of anodising. This round 4 inch cake pan/tin features straight sides for perfect alignment, rolled rim and uniform wall thickness to ensure even heat transfer. It is manufactured with a premium 3003 aluminium and anodised to promote easier cleanup, great durability and baking efficiency.
